My wife and I had the best Peruvian experience in the company and service of Roger, Gustavo and Belen who took excellent care of us, provided us with wonderful traditional food and always made us feel at home. Roger even performed a little traditional Inca offering ceremony and taught us about this tradition. Even though the wind and temperature dropped during the evenings and nights, we were made comfortable in our Domo with the electric heating unit. We had hot water for our shower, the bathroom was clean and well maintained, with clean towels provided every day if we requested and our room was cleaned every day as well. We were also provided with two free bottled water during our stay and additional bottled water provided when we went for our day trips. Our room view was stunning to say the least since we live in Philadelphia. Gustavo cooked all our meals and Belen helped with the meal preps as well as brought us fresh hot coffee with milk and fruit every morning before we set out for our day trips. Roger also helped book us a driver, a wonderful dual-lingual (Spanish-English) Peruvian woman named Ruth who is a superb and experienced driver. If you need to get around the valley she is someone you can count on. Overall we loved every minute of our stay and really were sad to leave. If you are in the sacred valley we definitely recommend staying at least a night or two at the Miski Samay Domo Boutique for a warm, friendly and comfortable experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Miski. Dante, Royer and the entire staff were accommodating and attentive and made us feel welcome to their best ability. We lucked out being the only guests during our stay, and it was like having a private villa all to ourselves. They had the cutest baby alpacas and a sweet little cat that just gave birth. If you're looking for a place to rest and relax, with an almost homestay like experience, this is a great place. Just bear in mind that it is out of the way and requires private transportation to get to. But a lovely lovely place, we were really sad to leave.

Minha experiência no Miski Samay Domo Boutique, superou minhas expectativas! Além do atendimento excepcional da esquipe do hotel e do cardápio maravilhoso do jantar e do café da manhã com sabores típicos do Peru, aproveitamos nosso estadia após um dia de visitas aos sítios arqueológicos de Ollantaytambo, na banheira de hidromassagem tomando uma garrafa de vinho e relaxando nesse cenário único! A proprietária do hotel nos atendeu pessoalmente e foi incrível conosco, além de tirar todas as nossas dúvidas sobre os passeios turísticos, nos forneceu um carro com motorista até o centro historico de Ollantaytambo que ficou a nossa disposição para nos levar de volta ao hotel!! Enfim, o Miski Samay Domo Boutique é a melhor opção para se hospedar com conforto na região de Ollantaytambo!

Miski Samay is a magical retreat perched on a mountain in Yanahuara (Urubamba district), in between Urubamba the town and Ollantaytambo, the gateway to Machu Picchu. Located on a hillside, the views are incredible. The property grounds are filled with natural beauty and the domes are very comfortable with comfortable beds, heat, hot water, fridge, and several other common amenities. The staff are excellent, and especially Roger who will make your stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend Miski Samay!

Gustavo was extremely helpful throughout the stay and was responsive when asking for anything we had questions about such as food, feeding the alpacas, lighting the fireplace for us and even arranged an early morning taxi for us to the ollantaytambo train station The food was good as well but the star of the show was how peaceful, clean and beautiful everything was. Normally i dont write reviews but this location blew me out of the water

Just wow. The location and facilities were perfect. The food was delicious, and the staff were some of the friendliest, most service-oriented people I’ve ever encountered. They even had alpacas we could feed—plus kittens and ponchos! This place is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommended.
