「Sense's staff are helpful and caring. The exterior of the hotel is nice and located next to Echo Beach within a 10-minute walk. However, the interior of the room is quite outdated. Some of the decorations are worn. Also, there is barely any soundproofing measurement inside. I can hear people talking in the pool, especially those who are drunk and keep screaming at midnight and next door, which is extremely disturbing . 」

「We had a wonderful stay at La Reserve. The service is immaculate. 「最高でした！子連れ（2歳）で2週間滞在しました。またチャングーに来る際は滞在したいです。自信を持っておすすめします。強いていえば気になった点としては、シャワーのお湯がすぐぬるくなります。複数人で使用する際は湯量の調整が必要かもしれません。小さいアリがたくさんいました。これはホテルのせいではないので、食べ物はすぐ片付ける等ご自身で対策が必要です。連泊の際は清掃は2日に1回。タオルは言えば毎日交換してくれます。ドライヤーは言えば貸してくれます。ビーチタオルも借りれました。WhatsAppでコミュニケーションが取れるのでアプリをダウンロードしておくと便利だと思います。色んなホテルを滞在しましたが、値段以上の価値があり、とても可愛くて清潔でした。潔癖症の私が満足できるホテルは久々です。ぜひこの状態をキープしてください。また戻ってきます。ありがとうございました！」
