「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」

「Todo muy limpio el Res. Proseres del hotel muy bueno, sólo recomendaría instalar cisterna de agua ya qué una nache no hubo por problemas del gobierno. Lo recomiendo y vuelvo. El dueño y empleados son muy amables.」

「Make sure to have managers overnight phone number before they closed the reception because we had a situation after midnight and they were unavailable to help. They say that the overnight manager phones number was on reception and guess what?? Was closed. We were unable to get phones number. Hopefully another guest help with the situation. The place is great.」

「I liked the beach very much. The pool area was cute. The restaurants were all beyond terrible. The "free drinks" cocktail hour sounded like so much fun...except you had to wait on a giant line to actually get a cocktail. Not fun. Couldn't stream movies in the room which was unfortunate.」

「Not impressed. The hotel is using the facilities of The Embassy Suites that is next to them. There were no phone on the room, we were 4 people and there were 2 towels, 2 toilet paper rolls and no bath towel for the floor. A little run down and a bit pricey for the look.」

「They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. 」
