「Falta de iluminación, la lámpara de mesa deslumbrante. No había iluminación en la cocinita. Todo lo demás muy bueno.」

「The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.」

「They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. 」

「Know what you’re getting into. You have to fill out forms online in advance and arrive before 6pm. They give you a bunch of separate keypad codes to enter every gate and door. There is no front desk.」

「The hotel and surroungings were well taken care of not complaints there. Breakfast could be better organized e.g the flow items were scattered, otherwise it was OK.」

「Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. 」
