「I appreciated the warm chocolate chip cookies that were available when I checked in.」

「Nice place to stay, room was really nice」

「Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.」

「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I...

「What a great experience! The host is super friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. It’s so easy to walk around. Nice shops and restaurants near by 」

「Great staff! Excellent breakfast buffet! Will definitely stay here again!」

「This hotel is old and much in need of updating. Air conditioning was loud and didn't really keep the room that comfortable. Had to get staff to turn on power. The room pictures on Expedia are not at all what the room actually looks like. The room was clean enough and had good location. Not a good value for the money.」

「Loved the fact that I didn’t have to drive anywhere everything you need is here .」
