「The hotel is brand new with modern facilities and very clean rooms. Everything looked fresh and well maintained. However, since it is newly opened, there was still a noticeable paint or new construction smell in some areas. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but those sensitive to smells may want to keep this in mind.」

「Problem with paying the pet fee. A bit of confusion to how to pay this. Cabin was just as shown. It had enough supplies for the night. Loves the campfire and s'mores. Love the area, plenty of room between cabins for some privacy. Definitely stay again.」

「The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats. We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations. I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company. Filthy!」

「We arrived early from Tennessee and the staff made a special effort to get our room ready so we did not have to wait very long after a long day of travel. A special "Thank you" to those who went out of their way to accommodate us.」

「Hotel staff and amenities were outstanding. Access to good and services all around are great asset to hoteliers. However there were left over trash in our room not as obvious but small enough for us to have noticed. Otherwise great experience overall.」

「Found this resort by accident and it was a total God Wink. It was exactly what we were looking for and loved it. Golf course was fantastic! We will be coming back at least twice a year on our trips back and forth from Florida to New York.」

「The most notable thing about this hotel (and why I return when I'm in the area) is how very friendly the staff is! They all seem to enjoy their job. Everything was very clean and nice, and breakfast was good. The only downside is that the beds seem to be old-style coil mattresses so not as comfortable as they could be. Otherwise, very nice! And cookies and popcorn in the lobby!」
