Bathroom was unacceptable. Door lock was broken and there was no sink stopper. I called and complained right away as we enteredcthe room but there were other guets already fighting in the lobby withbth frint desk as the hotel.was over booked and there room they were a lotted already had someone else in. They actually walked in into a moon with people in when they walked in the room. I felt bad for the front person and explained her the situation,she assured someone will fix it next morning. Sure enough no one came next day or called, end of the day my earning fell in the sink and aa there was no sink stopper, I lost it. I called front desk and this time it was different front desk person, Julia I believe her name was, she was simply unprofessional. She said she can't do anything about it and she's leaving soon and will let the night person know. She was not polite and uncourteous. I asked for manager, she said her manager was unavailable and her name was Margarita. I asked her to leave message for have her call me next morning. Again next morning no one called. I called front desk, was told there was no information about the issues and the manager was not in. We were checking out that day. At this point I didn't have much choice.
This was a horrible experience and not at all a Hilton Double Tree standard. I have taken pictures of everything
