Staff was friendly and the hotel room and pool area were super clean and inviting. Our family had a great stay here and would recommend to any families needing a nice nights sleep with a great pool for the kids to unwind in after a long drive.

This hotel is clean, the staff is lovely and the beds are comfortable. Oddly, many of the rooms do not have windows to the outside, but rather windows to the indoor pool. As a result the rooms do smell a bit of chlorine. The rooms are also well designed and decorated but very dark!

We did not stay and would really like our money back. The hotel said Expedia has to refund us. The room smelled AWFUL like pungent cinnamon and fish, and they were fully booked/claimed not other rooms.

My room 208 infront at the pool my night terrible because many child in the pool and the hotel close the pool at 10pm. Around 10pm children run in front at my room and Knock on my door. Not only one time ! I'm call at front desk and the said change for other room For this around 10.45pm I'm so close call at 911 because the child not stop the knock my door and running. This morning in my check out the front desk says the return my money back . Is with you company. Please make the money back Thanks so much!

The room we had did not have window to the outdoors it looked at the mechanical room over the pool and it smelled musty. The bathroom amenities were empty upon arrival and the room never got made up and we left the hotel at 8:15 and returned at 4:45. By 5:25 I just asked for new towels.

The hotel property and treatment by staff towards guests was excellent. Comments on our room: lighting was not good with only three lamps. The bathroom is poorly designed. The commode is parked next to the shower door with only one foot of clearance width to squeeze through to enter the shower while there was 3 feet of empty space on the other side of the commode. The door into the shower/commode room opened directly in front of the commode with only 1/4” clearance. No towel racks anywhere so towels had to be hung on the glass shower divider.
