"This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. "

"Amazing included breakfast - enjoyed trail to Falls inside property - 15 min - loved to hang out in the morning on the private patio with hammock. Enjoyed our swim in the hotsprings - not very hot - enjoyed by our biys 10 and 14 ages. A mini Tabacon Springs i must say - beautiful! "

"This grounds were gorgeous. We saw lots of birds and with patience some sloths. The food fresh and delicious. The drinks unique and my kids loved the smoothies. The pool and hottub were cold but we didnt use it much. The chocolate tour and herb workshop very educational and fun. Ale gave one of the best massages ever. Adding the red clay was heaven. "This property was amazing, literally one of the most beautiful properties that I have ever stayed at! The staff were so accomodating, especially given a reservation error . They had us check in, stated they would handle the problem with Expedia, and told us the most important thing is that we have a good time. AND THEY LIVED UP TO IT! "We had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful. We saw monkeys lots of birds and other wildlife right from our window. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The restaurant is cute and offers good food at a reasonable price. We had lots of rain while there and it does creep into the casitas. Our towels never really dried and the bed felt clammy too. So be aware of this and decide if that works for you before booking. The kitchen is also only sparsely equipped. It would've been nice to...

"Beautiful place! The hotel is tucked up the hill on a gravel road that would be manageable in any car if you drive carefully. There is access to hiking from the hotel and nature all around. William and staff were very helpful and always available. William can help book any kind of experience you’d like in the area and has great recommendations and advice. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The description of the property is fraudulent. No towels in the room, the hot water does not work, we reserved full size beds but were put ib a room with 4 twin beds. We had to climb 64 steps in the rain to get to our room. Internet is only available in the lobby."
