"The hotel property was very well kept, and the staff was excellent. I had a small emergency when I realized I forgot my phone charger. Around 10 p.m., I called the front desk to see if they sold any. The friendly lady at the front desk informed me they didn't. But she kindly offered to lend me her personal charger instead. She mentioned she’d be working the night shift and asked me to return it once my phone was fully charged. Unfortunately, I accidentally fell asleep and woke up at 3 a.m. in a panic, worried she might think I didn’t intend to return it. I rushed it back down to the front desk — and to my relief, she wasn’t even upset. This small but meaningful act of kindness was just one of the many things that made my overnight stay memorable. Truly great service!"
