「Everything worked except the lighters」

「Loved staying here, it was so peaceful and relaxing!」

「We left early due to the strong smell of marijuana inside the building. The staff was friendly enough however they did not enforce the no smoking policy. We did not get to enjoy the pool or breakfast due to the stench. We also were there to visit our granddaughter but we didn't dare bring her back to the hotel due to the people outside the doors smoking pot and the horrible smell in the hallways, which was obviously coming from the rooms. Upstairs was the worst. I understand it's legal but...

「This is a great resort in South Haven. Staff is really friendly and the rooms are nice. It’s about 2.5 miles to walk to the central part of South Haven for lots of restaurants and bars. I will be back!」

「The rooms are always clean and cozy. The staff is top notch and treats all guests like family. Happy hour in the lobby is an amazing way to meet the other guests. We gave stayed twice in room 17 and once in room 10 and look forward to our next stay. 」

「Waiting the fire alarm and flood for nearly one hour and very hard to get asleep again.」

「I did really enjoy the stay and will return again. Iy was only one night but the location was perfect for us. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Positive in nature. I didn't use the bar but looked like those who dined were having a nice time. Not loud but pleasant. Breakfast is my favorite meal, but the continental breakfast? I will recommend going to some of the local restaurants instead. Again, I would go back for sure.」

「AC was non existent. Room was hot and stuffy. Dirty run down room. Bedding was worn and cheap. Elevator was broken. Had no help carrying luggage upstairs. Bathroom had no vent, Breakfast was okay but coffee was awful, discolored hot water at best. Pool/hot tub area was rundown. Only one jet worked in hot tub, timer was broken, concrete crumbling. All outside and pool doors did not latch for security purposes. Road into hotel was worse than a dirt road. Very bad experience. 」
