we always stay here every time we come to town it's always nice. The service is great and customer service is always excellent. This is the only trip that we didn't get much sleep due to the ongoing smoke alarms that kept going off all through the night for two days. That's my only complaint.

The staff is EXTREMELY nice. Always helpful, took care of our reservations when we needed to extend. The room looks great…the room smells clean and you don’t always have that when you stay at a hotel nowadays. It’s clean, the bathroom is clean and the beds are made sharply. The room was fairly clean. No shower curtain. The staff was excellent, both for check in and check out. Heating/AC was ok but wish we could have more range to adjust temperature so it wasn’t so warm. We had to leave pretty early the next morning and didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but the dining area looked very nice and very clean.

Our stay was good - reception was extremely helpful as I'd book the wrong date. She was able to get us a room no problem. Room was clean, quiet and breakfast was good. Hot eggs, sausage, hashbrowns & pancakes. We'd stay here again!

Convenient location off the highway and in a nice, quiet area. The room had some weird stains on the ironing board/carpet/door. My room was provided with coffee packets but no coffee maker, which was odd. I was also advised that the pool was out of service. The beds seemed clean enough and they're pet friendly, so it worked for my purpose, but not exactly a must-stay.

I love the fact it’s pet friendly, my kids loved the breakfast. I recommend the Hotels works on proving enough towels and toilet paper in each room. When we asked for additional towels the Receptionist said we had to wait for the morning. She was not apologetic at all. It was four of us with only one set of towels for all of us. Not a good way to spend the night after a beach day. Another situation we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night.

I should have left right after I walked in.

The beds were decently comfortable and the Air conditioning worked well, but that's about all I can say that was good. The bathroom door would barely open over the uneven tile, the included breakfast was pretty flavorless and underwhelming. They had three containers of unsweetened corn flakes and no other cereal options. There were no towels in the pool area and then when we asked they brought down 4 towels.
