「The best part of this resort is its staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. The location is perfect. It is so close to so many different things (right next to the Diamanté Eco Park). The scenery is breathtaking. I read some reviews prior to traveling and was a bit concerned about what we would find. De igual forma, ella no fue muy gentil desde el inicio diciendo que no podíamos permanecer ni unos minutos mas en la habitación después de las 11:00 am cuando es el check-out, aún cuando teníamos reserva de Kayak de 10-11 am. 「Nice hotel, they upgraded our family of 5 which was very nice! The pool was nice and large. There was happy hour onsite from 4-6:30pm which was nica and free breakfast. The beach was across a small street but easy to reach on foot. 」

「Very nice resort. Staff was very friendly, the grounds are clean, easy parking and the pools are great. We loved the rooms with the hammock. The things we weren't crazy about was we didnt realize the beach wasnt part of the resort and its public meaning locals can use the lounge chairs provided by the hotel and you cant sit there without being harassed by people trying to get you to buy a service (massages, boat tours etc). The other thing is I wish they offered some kind of resort entertainment...

「The swimming pool is huge, can easily accommodate scores of people. Rooms basic, but entirely sufficient for overnight stay. If staying longer, one might like to have a small fridge in the room, especially as no lunch services in the facility. (The two of us had a portable cooler that proved sufficent for out purposes during our one-week stay). Breakfast, dinner entirely satisfactory, the latter served 7-8 PM only. -- Price-to-room ration favourable」
