Although very conveniently located if you need something in Santa Cruz; the hotel is very basic; beds are just OK (not very comfortable, pillows so high that are not possible to use); restroom very hot and you get the noise from the street. I don’t think is worth the money.

The room was clean. The hot water in the shower did not work. Cold showers both days. My room was close to the food prep area, so the noise of employees preparing breakfast woke me up very early.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast! Rooms were just as advertised. The location was close to super markets, restaurants and a good 45 drive to Tamarindo beach. The staff was very responsive and took care of our dietary needs(vegetarian) during breakfast. The staff also quickly took care of the hot water issue we had in our room and promptly provided another room. As we barely knew spanish, we were able to use Google Translate to communicate with the staff.
