「The staff was welcoming the rooms and building were well maintained. This was our first time traveling with our chihuahua and the trip went awesome.」

「The location was great with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge from the room. It was a short walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park and good food, museums, and shopping. We went to the Great Lakes Aquarium, the William A Irvin ore ship museum and walked along Lake Superior. The buffet breakfast was great and everything was clean. This was a wonderful place to stay.」

「Staff is 10 out of 10! Room was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed breakfast outside, soaking in the sunshine and gorgeous views of Superior. The pools were clean, balcony views amazing and within walking distance to Bayfront Park made this stay delightful. Would stay here again! I should mention the outlets were loose in our room so don’t assume the light bulb is out, or your phone is charging -just give it a wiggle.」

「You need a code to enter this property and access your room. We booked through Expedia which stated that we would receive our code via email within 24 hrs of check-in. However, I checked my email several times with that time period and never received a code. Upon arrival at the property shortly after 4:00, a sign on the door also stated our code would be sent via email. We never received anything. 「Unfortunately the hotel is really starting to show its age. We had a two queen room. One of the beds would sink 5” in the middle when weight was applied to it. There was a fair amount of mold in the bathroom especially around the shower and ceiling. The electronic key reader on the door failed to read the key if it wasn’t used every couple hours. We made many trips to the front desk to get the room key reprogrammed. Other guests had the same issues with keys. Most of the staff was very nice. The...
