「Everything we needed for a great weekend! Parking was the only bad thing. We opted to stay in the paid lot across the street vs the offered parking a block away. 」

「A unique property to stay. The room was large with a comfortable bed and sitting area. Bathroom was newly renovated, loved the shower! Parking was confusing at first but once we figured out the parkade it was fine. Restaurants, shops and bars all located in the Fitgers property. Would love to stay again for a longer visit.」

「The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Close to everything in Canal Park and the lake walk is great to explore finding sea glass. Staff are very accommodating. We were very excited that they accept pets. Would stay AGAIN.」

「Super cute boutique look, loved the black out blinds…slept til 9 thinking it was 6! Very nice Nespresso coffee machine. My only small suggestion for room 10 is more hooks for towels and coats, and maybe a makeup mirror/light (bathroom is a bit dark to apply makeup).」

「There was no staff on-site so I had to call the company because my room entry code was incorrect. Luckily, an employee at the bar on the first floor helped me out. There was no parking on-site but there was a safe public parking ramp across the street which was relatively easy to use. The room was average--nice sheets and pillows and towels. A lot of slapdash maintenance, things like loose lamp switches/lights, shower handles loose and not holding the sprayer, etc. It just made the room feel...

「I would highly recommend this hotel to everybody, clean, staff is nice and professional, nice gym, clean room, hot tub was nice, we stay here every time we come to Duluth and we are all ways satisfied.」

「Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice.」
