This property was beautiful. Many areas for guests to use outside and inside. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking for guest behind Mansion. Quiet and safe location. Coffee, tea, muffins, fruit in am. Room had plenty of towels, toilet paper, nice ftidge, mictowave, coffee in guest room. I loved this place and will stay in the future.

We loved every aspect of this stay. Even when we returned from dinner there was ample street parking. The remote fireplace sure was nice on a chilly, rainy evening! Tge British pub close by provided the perfect mid-week Bluegrass jam along with excellent meal. This lovely mansion is highly recommended by us!

Historic mansion with top notch rooms. Off street parking for guests in the rear of the home. Lovely, quiet surroundings. Light breakfast and coffee were very good and we enjoyed the treats in the cheery living room while soft cello music played in the background sound system. We stayed in the Hewitt suite and the king bed was very comfortable. Convenient to Duluth attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place! Loved my room! So quaint and a cute balcony. Very comfortable bed where I slept like a baby. Comfortable stuffed chairs, cute small tables for eating, drinking and playing cards. Each room has their own bathroom! Some with jacuzzis, clawed bathtubs, showers etc. this is definitely an advantage to have your own bathroom. I will go again and stay longer than 3 days!coffee and pastries are a delight in the AM. I also went on a helicopter ride! What an amazing experience!

Only complaint was not checking location of room. It was right by the front door. And area set up for breakfast. I like to sleep in and a little noisy for me. Great staff, very accommodating. Very clean. Would book this mansion again, just in a different part of the house.

This place is an absolute gem. I will absolutely be coming back. The furnishings are incredibly high-quality. You absolutely are staying in a mansion. The room was adorable. It has a giant soaking tub with plenty of hot water and a gas fireplace that was lit when I walked in, they provided snacks freshwater it was absolutely what my tired mind needed. If you are a partner to a mother with young children absolutely buy her a midweek night here to just sit in the tub in silence I swear to God, it will extend the length of her life.

Really cozy rooms with ornate, historic details. Loved the light continental pastries and local coffee in the morning as well as the sauna late at night after a long day. Kirsten made us feel welcomed despite a double booking upgraded our stay and gave us a bottle of Prosecco to ring in the New Year with. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you to everyone who works on keeping this charming historic home running!
