「Staff is always excellent, helpful and go above and beyond!」

「We spent our 5th anniversary there. The furniture in our room had seen better days, which didn't matter to us, other than that everything else was really good. There was a bartender in the lounge on Thursday night 6/11 with a unique name which I can't remember, who was great! We got in late, and decided to have a couple drinks before bed. He made us feel welcomed, and was fun to talk to. He seemed to really enjoy his job. We will be back next time we are in the Superior/Duluth area.」

「It’s very vintage and a historic. So you have to be ok with not having modern furniture and things like an automatic room temp control- we had a ceiling fan and window. 「The young lady at the counter was the definition of a professional. She was excellent.」

「Love this place. We did the Circle Tour and stayed here for our first two nights. We liked it so well that we cancelled our hotel for our last night of the tour and returned to Pier B Resort.」

「Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!」
