"Responsive. The requests about room were quickly accommodated eg 1) quick to change to hard pillows when I called. 2) I told the Front Desk the button of the hair dryer was hard to pull up, Housekeeping changed to another one when they made up the room. "

"Have a better choice on service apartment in same price level. This hotel significantly below Mariott standard. Staff not well trained. Take the shoes on for house keeping. Restaurant staff focus on team briefing, not alert customer order taking when the restaurant is empty. Collect the plate and the knift fall on my foot. Very frustrated breakfast, restaurant is small and much fewer option compare to other Marriott hotel. After the first night I changed to another Marriott hotel to make my trip back to a right track. "

"Staff here is excellent and helpful. They are friendly and nice. I failed to connect the Wi-fi due to some operational problem of my smartphone. They asked me to come to front desk and promptly resolve the problem. Much appreciated of their high standard and professional service. The cleaners are nice. They cleaned up and packed the room very well. Overall, I have a wonderful experience here and will absolutely have the same accommodation next time been to Bangkok. I strongly recommend Cross Vibe Sukhumvit Hotel, On Nut, Bangkok. "

"訂的是最便宜的雙人床房，check in時職員說因沒房了，升級為四人家庭房，房間大了不少，毛巾和水都有四份，非常不錯。 酒店雖在馬路跟BTS路軌旁，但房間幾乎聽不到噪音，很讚。 自助早餐價錢適中，但選擇不算太多，符合早餐的標準。 走路往BTS站不用十分鐘，附近食物的選擇還好，便利店亦近。"

"很網美風格的飯店，內外部都很精緻漂亮，頂樓小酌的地方可以邊喝邊欣賞高空美景，無邊際泳池比較小一點；電梯很快，房間很乾淨漂亮，唯一比較建議淋浴間外面須提供防水地墊，不然水容易漏出來"

"第一次住On Nut BTS 站，意外方便，一出站就是Lotus's ，晚上還有小夜市很熱鬧，按摩店很多，還有3間7-11 ，要到BKK機場不用繞進市區。 有小廚房跟洗脫烘滾筒洗衣機👍非常方便。"
