From the moment you get off the vehicle you feel welcome, very attentive, everything was spotless even on hall ways and elevators, break fast and bar was amazing and we couldn't appreciate more the staff, absolutely lovely and an amazing stay, also the driver we hired to take us around, was amazing and helpful.

Wonderful stay at Valia. Staff and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was a wonderful spread of food many nationalities. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Great view. Good location. Shuttle was easy and very convenient to nearby malls and transportation. Good value. Highly recommended and we'd stay there again.

This was a very beautiful and well maintained hotel. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and professional. No matter what needs we had, they were so willing to take care of us. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower, if I didn’t have other things to do, I would probably still be in there soaking up the hot water from the dual shower heads. The restaurant was elegant and the service was excellent. I had the opportunity to visit the pool bar, and the gentleman that was working that area was so amazing at his job. Overall I thought this was a great place and I will be staying there again on my next trip to Bangkok Thailand.

It was a very beautiful stay, the pool was nothing exciting thought, and at times it didn’t feel always really clean (empty dishes and towels in common areas). But the staff were on it—they treated you like royalty and it was very nice
