"This hotel deserves its excellent rating. It is modern and extremely clean. The rooms are a nice size and well laid out. The bed and bedding are luxurious. Breakfast is quite good. The Carlton is in an excellent location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."

"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "

"I really liked the convenience of having the river boats that moved quickly and efficiently between the hotel and other sites like the nearby shopping mall. It was super convenient and significantly cut down on travel time."
