The staff were so kind, efficient and friendly, onsen baths, steam room, massages were beyond relaxing, breakfast buffet excellent. "Lovely hotel on the river with water taxi boat to take to the other side of river to take rapid transit system to the main shopping areas. Excellent breakfast buffet! Did not use the pool on rooftop deck but drinks and food were very pricey up there!"

The rooms are spacious and very clean, but very dated—closer to 2000 decor and features than 2026. Would stay here again with lowered expectations for room amenities like USBC plugs and power outlets, etc. "
