The staff was pleasant, and check in went smoothly. The room was clean and wifi acceptable. What can be improved: -increase the water pressure. -better soundproofing the rooms facing the busy road. -enhance the smell of the room and common areas. There's a strong cleaning agent smell. It was not a bad stay, but surely can be better if the suggestions above are implemented.

Good basic hotel

You can walk across the bridge to the Seacom mall and the Night Train market. Awesome pool and nice exercise room. Breakfast is blaa ( hot dogs are not sausage) Get a room high up for a better view. I was on the 7th floor facing highway. Other side is better.

We were not informed about the need to leave a 1000 baht cash-only beforehand and this is annoying. The room was okay. The shower will leave the bathroom floor wet because there's no curtain or door. We also missed a full-body mirror. The shopping mall can be easily accessed, which is very convenient. In summary, the hotel is good if you're staying for one or two nights.

Nice and clean hotel

Stayed here many times. It’s a bit of from downtown Bangkok but has many good features. Nice rooftop pool. Good restaurant open until 22:00. Spacious room with the expected minimum standard for the price range. Nice and clean. Good hot water pressure. Easy to access car park in front of hotel. About few minutes walk to plenty of street food vendors. Additional few minutes to massive shopping complex Seaqon square. New SkyTrain station also in connection to the shopping mall. Friendly staff members. Will stay again.

I have no problem with the property, however we had to leave early for reasons not related to the hotel. We needed to be closer to the hospital as it was very far away. Expedia has been trying for days to contact the property to get my refund on the days I didnt stay at the hotel. We really want to go back and stay at this property, however if they cannot even respond to calls or emails, then whats the point? We would have been content at this property had we not had the unforseen circumstances.
