Very friendly staff providing excellent customer service. They're very helpful and very respectful. Had a good stay. Only thing is that the hotel management should look at renovating this place. It has lots of minor issues which makes things very odd and inconvenient. The bed mattress are really bad, I had lots of pain every morning when I got up plus couldn’t sleep well for few nights.

Great stay at an affordable rate

This hotel is great for either a relaxing stay or traveling around Bangkok. It has easy access to the BTS and Seacon Square. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the yellow line of the MTR, making it easily accessible. The staff is phenomenal, and the breakfast provided is quite good. The rooms are spacious and clean, featuring a kitchen, a living room, a dining table, and a washing machine, along with a comfortable bedroom and bathroom. However, the only downside was that the bed was rather firm.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently, hotel was very spacious and had everything you needed. There was two shopping malls nearby which was very convenient. The only negative thing was, it was over one hour away from the City centre.

Large rooms, excellent service!

Hotel was convenient to Seacon Square and restaurants. Rooms were very large and comfortable for probably a family of 5. 2 bathrooms are a big plus and bath tub was nice to soak in. Hotel staff was great and very nice. The manager in the lobby was more than helpful and very accommodating. Such a friendly place and will be our next stay in the area for sure. Thank you so much

This was a spacious two bedroom apartment hotel, which came with a daily breakfast. Room service was good and there were quick responses to our needs. The only downfall to this location is that it’s quite far from all the things you wanted to do in the city and every day we would have to spend about one hour in transit going to and from the man attractions of the city.

Nice hotel and serviceminded staff

The room was nice, the staff was service minded and friendly, but it is located in an area where you need to travel by train or taxi if you want to experience more than shopping centers. But on the bright side it's not as noisy as if you choose to live closer to center.

Location is excellent – It's very easy to access the metro train, and malls are nearby, which makes getting around and shopping super convenient. However, cleanliness in the room was lacking. The rooms are quite spacious, but it seems proper cleaning isn't done thoroughly. It's probably not the staff’s fault – the rooms are large, and they might need to assign at least two housekeeping staff per room to maintain cleanliness properly.

Great amenities overall. Awesome breakfast (sad to miss the last day because of an early flight!) The room was great - 2 bedroom 2 bath suite ample space for everyone. however we were a family of 4 so the seats in the living room and kitchen were limited and awkward (could not all sit down together at the same table). Easy fix. Also the light switches were confusing and one of the toilets had minor leak and intermittent continuous flushing issue.
