「Sara from reception are very friendly and helpful, she introduced the room and Taormina around for our information, also provided some nice restaurant for our consideration. Hotel will contact you prior to ensure your arrival are seamless and be at any assistance. Good place for stay!」

「Walls were chipping paint. No elevator. Didn’t mention that in the Expedia description. Manager was difficult to coordinate access with after messaging several times the day before our arrival. Instructions were last minute on how to check in. Upon departure, I was messaged that I owed another $15 for a resort fee of some nature. Had no documentation to that affect. The location was good. 」

「Great location with helpful staff. Air conditioning was not very cool even when on the highest setting which wasn’t an issue for us in March. However, I don’t think it would be very pleasant sleeping there during the hot summer months without better AC. 」

「Stayed 4 nights during November 2025 Our stay at Castalia Apartments was mixed. 「The room, is superbly small. I cannot turn around when I take a bath. Even without a table for me to work. Strong smell inside the room. And under such conditions, the room is very expensive. 」

「The stuff is very nice Is the best hotel we stay for this 2 Months , Beautiful infinity pool and wonderful restaurant with a nice view & very nice Service manager Luca , So convenient to shopping right on the main street and got the best View in the city , The room have Air-Conditioner & Very elegant marble bathroom and nice Washing set !
