Overall, we had a good stay, but it did not quite meet the level of luxury we were expecting given the price and the very positive reviews. One of the highlights was that the staff were very responsive and easy to contact via WhatsApp, which was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the lovely welcome package of pasta and wine, which was a thoughtful touch, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The main pool area was attractive and well maintained. However, our room was located in a far corner of the property, which meant it lacked natural light and was overlooked, so it felt less private. The room also had an unpleasant smell, there were quite a few flies and bugs, and it felt as though it had only received a superficial clean. The location was another drawback, as it was not particularly convenient and we were heavily reliant on taxis or a car to get around. There were several positive aspects to our stay, but we left feeling somewhat unsatisfied as the overall experience did not fully justify the cost
