Great llcation

Great hotel right in the centre of the town with apartment rooms and a great breakfast. Really great staff very helpful and lovely hot tub and terrace.

This b b was located directly off corso umberto with quick access to all that taormina offers. The breakfast was full and delicious. They do a turn down service daily so if theres something you dont want disturbed i suggest you put it in your luggage.

We loved the charming hotel: very nice room with a huge terrace, Rahid the manager was quite attentive, nice breakfast, garden with hot tub, 2 hammocks and an outdoor eating area was very nice. Reason for the overall 4 stars was there was a nightclub close by that plays very loud music till midnight every night. Hard time sleeping till they stopped.

Overall this was a good stay. The service was helpful. The garden and jacuzzi were nice to have. Would recommend for people who are mostly planning to sleep in the hotel, and who want to be right in the heart of the city. The biggest downsides were that the AC in our room wasn’t very effective, and that it was quite loud at night given the central location. We were glad we read this in the reviews before we came, and brought a white noise machine. It saved the day (or night, rather).

The service was excellent. The property has amazing history- 300 year old building! Many interesting nooks and crannies. The garden area was just lovely. A great respite from Via Umberto chaos. The breakfast was abundant and good. The two drawbacks were the noise from the busy street until midnight- but there are rooms that don’t suffer that. Ask for one. The second was the Oder in the bathroom. Probably related to the age of the building. But, it was good value. Great location.

We had the best stay! You can’t find a better location, and it’s surprisingly quiet tucked behind the main strip. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was simple and satisfactory. Rohid went above and beyond many times for us in the 5 days we were there. With travel issues getting into the Catania airport, he was able to schedule a driver for us to the neighboring airports with short notice. They were also extremely accommodating for us as I required fridge storage for breast milk. I was able to text him questions throughout our stay and he suggested some great restaurants for us.

Comfortable room with enough space for most activities. Service depended on who was working. The main guy was excellent and always willing to help. His colleague less so. The colleague told us if he couldn't clean the room at exactly a certain tiime, he wouldn't clean the room. As we were on an international call to Japan, the timiing didn't work with his schedule, so our room wasn't cleaned that day.

If you want a gem of a place. Just a really nice place to rest and enjoy the town. This is it. The staff is wonderful. Very clean. And just really nice. It is my favorite place in Taormina. I found it last year and will not stay anywhere else.

Fantastic Stay

Very nice place. Rohid the host was excellent with tips on dining, places to go and on hand WhatsApp if you are stuck. Breakfast was also wonderful with fresh produce in abundance.

You immediately feel this place is special. Lovely refurbished house, turned hotel, with some elements dating back to the 1500's. Charming garden (with a small heated pool). Very impressed, thank you for our stay!

Oasis in central Taormina

The hotel was like a small oasis in the busy Main Street of Corso Umberto. The room was lovely with a small outside seating area. It could be noisy as it is on the Main Street but this did not adversely impact my stay and proximity to bars and restaurants was worth it for me
