「我住的是Cathedral Tower 頗舊，裝修地氈也較舊，另外一邊是新Tower, 但是位置真的十分好，去舊城區只需走路，不用乘車，Zocalo 地鐵站就在酒店旁邊。」

「The property is unique and beautiful. Exquisite preserved details and careful attention to detail in every way. The staff were helpful and always pleasant, the two restaurants offered delicious dishes. We had breakfast several times and it was perfect, especially the espresso drinks and the fresh juices. 「Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. 」

「This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally.」

「First time coming to Mexico City and the hotel was amazing ! From the staff to the hotel ambience it was a beautiful stay . Rooftop pool and bar was easily accessible with great view of the city . Sergio was amazing ( ask for the carajillo ) it’s my favorite drink he makes . Will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my next stay . Mexico City has my heart now forever .」

「Bellas Artes is in a prime location in the Historic District in Downtown Mexico, City. Great area to walk and see all the historic beautiful architecture buildings not to name all the great restaurants near by. The main square the Zocalo is just a few blocks away. I have stayed here several times at this hotel and it is always peaceful & quiet. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. The staff is friendly and professional.」

「我的房間樓下對正音響店，所以每天都好嘈好嘈，加上hostel本身亦好多party活動亦都好嘈好嘈，瞓咗四晚我覺得自己只係瞓到兩晚，睡眠嚴重不足。其他配套設施都可以。早餐一般因為我不喜歡吃麵包，只是想要水果多一點，他們都不給，很小家。 放食物到公用雪櫃要小心，因為我的Yogurt都俾人偷了。 我住的房間是男女混合，我覺得嗰啲人好冇品，長期關門都超級大聲製造噪音。 另外房間沒有冷氣抽風風扇，很熱出晒汗」
