「So cool! Includes slippers and robes, a fire pit with a hammock on the patio. Nice drip coffee provided to make yourself while you enjoy the view. Heater/AC works great. Just an overall cool experience we will definitely do again. 」

「Room was very nice. Nice towels comfy bed excellent view. Shower was perfect, hot has you like! Very clean inside the room. Outside building needs maintenance. Breakfast was just okay. Would have like fresh foods instead of packaged. Tv remote didn’t work. I would stay there again in that room! 」

「Jeanie was very helpful with us as we changed reservations at least 3 times due to my mistakes on dates and our change of plans. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. Better than other motels in the area. 」

「Roomy and comfortable. High-end amenities including bath, kitchen and heated tile floors. Loved the washer/dryer in the apartment. There are two small steps that you need to mindful of but there are plenty of lighting options. Friendly dog greeted us.」

「Local construction made things a bit difficult - but hotel is charming! Music and restaurant were excellent. Quick check in code was so fast and helpful. Will definitely be our first choice on next visit to Pagosa Springs.」

「As a frequent traveller between Minnesota and Arizona, my wife and I have struggled to find 5-star level accommodation along the way. Luckily, we stumbled upon opulent yet down home comfortable Keyah tucked outside the scenic mountain town of Pagosa. Keyah has a lot of great reviews and they deserve it as McKenzie makes a wonderful hostess and chef. The panoramic views and hikes are impeccable. This is truly a great American luxury destination spot.」
