The Cabins was a cute little cabin with very rustic Charm. You have to understand I'm 6'2, and the shower head is at like 5'10, the WIFI in the cabin wasn't very strong, so had trouble watching the TV (not cable, but smart TV, so I was occasionally able to get the ROKU Live TV to work, but not much more. The location is like 5 minutes outside of Pagos Springs, so very convenient location, We stayed 2 nights, so we didn't spend a whole lot of time on the property, but when we arrived Friday Night, we were able to see they had 2 Frisbee Golf Goals, in the yard, and again, very rustic atmosphere. If I stay again, I'll most likely choose this property again (that's if I don't bring my trailer).

We had limited exposure to any of the staff at the property. The check in was all automated. The only staff was the cooks for the breakfast, which was a very adequate meal to start the day. We really liked our cabin. Other than that the grounds and service were very ordinary. It’s a good place to stay if you want to be a little way away from the hustle and bustle of Pagosa Springs and the major road construction found there. Just don’t expect a 5 Star Hitel!

The room was clean but extremely small for $177 a night. Not even a chair to sit and fix hair and makeup. Not really anyone on site if needed. They need to do something with the rug on side of bed it slides. My husband got up in the night and fell and cut and bruised his knee.

Our family loved everything about this property. The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't stay longer! We stayed in the lodge and it was clean and well though out. Our family of 5 were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Go outside and look at the stars!

Property was beautiful and peaceful. Pictures show a pond but you aren’t able to fish it, it definitely isn’t as pretty in person. Breakfast is included, which is nice, but the food wasn’t great. One hot tub was working, other wasn’t and sauna wasn’t either. Lots of room outside for kids to play. Location was great, easy to get to wolf creek pass and Pagosa springs. The trash had not been taken out in the first room they put us in. The fridge was also not working so they ended up moving us to a different room, fridge worked and trash was empty in the second room. Would stay here again.

We loved our cabin! It was so cute. It looked like it had been renovated lately yet it still kept the rustic charm. It was very clean. It was about a 5 minute drive to town which was really convenient but you still are in the great outdoors. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

We were expecting a cabin, but found that we were booked for a suite. Loved the location, so lush and beautiful. While I can appreciate the aesthetic vision, there were many design flaws that fell short and it is obvious that there were cut corners with the remodel. We found a fish hook in the top blanket and I’m just grateful that no one got hurt. The people walking upstairs sounded like they were stomping back and forth all night, you could hear every sound they made. The website offers an American breakfast, but no information could be found for when and where. The tv setup was confusing and challenging to get running. It would have been great if there was a paper stating all the information for the tv and breakfast, the booklet we found only stated the rules and expectations for check out. There was also no information on who to contact if there were issues, it appeared to be unstaffed.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was how thin the walls were. It sounded like there was a heard of buffalo above us. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay! (Also I know that the extremely heavy footed people are not your fault)
