「Friendly helpful staff, good location and price」

「Lovely house near the sea (across the road and along 20 meters was a path) in a small community. A convenient local store and a few restaurants. Reasonable distance from Bognor Regis (15 min drive; hour walk; direct bus). House itself clean and comfortable, with a few nice extras (we liked the pool table/tennis table/meal table).」

「Grant could not have been more helpful. He assisted us with changing the accommodation due to my wife’s sight problems. Basically very friendly and welcoming.」

「This was one of the best Inn's I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, bright and exactly as in the photos. The common areas were so inviting, there was outdoor garden spaces, indoor spaces with comfy seating for curling up with a book. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. I would highly recommend and I'm already try to plan another trip there.」

「The room was clean and had a fan as there wasn’t air conditioning. Bottle of bubbles and glasses left in the room on arrival. Friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent breakfast! Ear plugs supplied due to the late music in the bar.」

「We had a great stay as a family. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. The separate kids’ sleeping area, divided by a curtain, gave everyone a bit of their own space, which worked really well for us. The hotel’s beachfront location was fantastic, making it easy to spend time by the sea. We also appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly touches, such as the little spade and beach bucket provided for the children. Overall, it’s a great choice for families...

「The bed was super comfy and a king size. Towels were fluffy and big. Room was hot but it was the time of the heatwave and a fan was already in the room so all good. The breakfast was delicious and loads of it. The staff were also great, particularly Jimmy who showed us to our room, he served us a pint and said that if it was not up to standard, to let him know and he’d change it! All great customer service, all round from everyone at the Nags Head - well done all!」
