The site itself is nice, great play park for younger kids We didn't purchase the passes for swimming or the arcades/entertainment, but any onsite staff we met were very helpful and friendly.」

「I was greeted by staff in the pub in the evening with a warm friendly welcome. The rooms are in a separate annex so no noise can be heard from the pub. You are given a door code on arrival. 「Great location two minutes walk from the seafront. Functional premises, no frills, room was clean and comfortable. There are NO ensuite facilities here, large kitchen area with fridges, microwave, kettle and toaster. Very acceptable for a short undemanding stay.」

「Absolute amazing place to stay and the staff were so so friendly, always smiling, in a good mood and happy to help. The breakfast selection was brilliant from cereal to croissants to eggs benedict royale. Room was extremely clean on 1st inspection and was continued throughout the stay by the maids. Bar was awesome too. Dedicated parking too which was very helpful and not like other properties in area. We will definitely be staying here again 100%」

「We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!」
