Very comfortable bed. Only problem were the noisy lift doors. The outer door hinges needed oiling and the metal inner door were really noisy.

The only thing I would have changed was not being able to contact room service on our room phone. I am disabled so could not get down to reception at the end of the day as exhausted. Meant missing out on supper which I was looking forward to. Enjoyed breakfast more as a result!
