Lovely hotel, just off road and near train line because I could hear it at night with window open. Too hot closed. Iron, hairdryer and kettle with teas and coffees. Lovely little lounge and bar. Would be good to have a few more types of spirits and chance to buy snacks to go with them. Great breakfast and service of all staff helpful and friendly.

The staff were lovely and helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but perfectly appointed with really comfortable beds, the breakfasts were good with a variety of hot and cold foods with hot food cooked to order and healthy choices which is great. The only one thing I’d say is the pillows on beds need upgrading as quite flat but at least there were two each.

Brilliant weekend.

We spent a lovely weekend at the Emsworth B & B Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, at the front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Blooms coffee shop , where we had breakfast, was charming, beautifully decorated and an amazing varied menu. Poached eggs cooked to perfection. The only downside was that maybe the mattress could do with updating. We reported this in leaving g and I’m sure it will be attended to asap.

The breakfast was excellent - choice, service and presentation. The room was quite small, a little tired and smelt a little damp. The bed was comfortable and the linen and bathroom were clean. The location was on a fairly busy road but our room at the rear was quiet. It was convenient for Emsworth and the surrounding area. Our stay overall was good value for money.

Clean and comfortable

Our room was slightly small but the bed was very comfortable and clean. The heated towel rail didn’t seem to be working, probably turned off with the heating so our towels didn’t dry well, although we could have asked for fresh ones, prefer to reuse. There was plenty of easy parking. The breakfast had a good choice of hot food. It was good to have a lounge room as we were staying along with two other couples so we were able to meet there.
