Our train from Vienna was cancelled twice and rescheduled in one day and they were kind enough to rearrange our transfers from the station to the hotel twice. We were greeted with a lovely treat on our room upon arrival, which was much appreciated after a long frustrating day of travel. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We did not have breakfast there, but I heard that it is excellent. It is a great location with easy access to the tram just down the block and around the corner. We can highly recommend this property!"

"Great location, in walking distance from main parts of city. The only transport we used was Bolt from airport and back. Very clean. Has everything you need. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Only one fault was the mattress in our room was rock hard, we found it very difficult to sleep on. (Room 57). Friends recently stayed there in a different style room and said no issue with theirs. Other than that we would stay again but in a different type of room."
