"Great old hotel/hostel. Cold pool on the roof :). Everything was fine until the morning. There was a movie set construction crew building scenes in the parking lot right outside our window, so loud, couldn't sleep. I mentioned it to the staff at check out. His reply - laughs and says we were on the quiet side. We only needed one night, good enough for that. "

I would have expected better soundproofing, as found in many other hotels, but that was not the case here. The room was also not very functional—there was only one chair, and the table was too small, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. Additionally, the amenities felt lacking given the added cost of the resort fee. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family."
