Also, tried booking party of 16 for dinner. Received quick email confirmation of availability which was great. But, never received confirmation, contract or further communication for two weeks. Because follow up by reservation service was slow and poor, we were worried of not having a venue for our dinner/party and we booked party elsewhere. We decided to stay at Hotel Lincoln...

Weird doors on the bathroom. Sliding doors tend to be noisy and unwieldy in general and this one was bad. That’s my only complaint. 」

「It’s an easy self-check-in process, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I believe adding a refrigerator to the rooms (and perhaps a microwave) would definitely enhance the guest experience. The coffee corner is nice, but having a refrigerator and offering fresh milk there would make it even better. Overall, I would certainly consider booking this hotel again in the future.」
