「酒店服务出乎意料的差，是我住过所有四季酒店中最差的：打电话给服务部门送红酒杯，打了两次第二天才送到😂要求送的拖鞋浴袍送的速度不能更慢，刀叉就一直🈚️送到。房间的喝水杯清理拿走就不补充， 完全不是一个星级酒店的服务更别提是五星级酒店。恨失望。」

「This is our third stay. It’s convenient for family get togethers. If you need to be in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area it’s a great place to stay. Very walkable to shops and dining. Wonderful staff. It’s our go to hotel.」

「Very basic room, but exactly what we needed for a one night quick stay in Chicago. Right next door to the red and brown line station, which was super convenient.」

「If you are looking for a charming place to stay that is walkable to Wrigley, this is an excellent option. The staff is friendly, the neighborhood felt comfortable and safe and it was very conveniently located. The hotel is definitely vintage but it is well kept, cute baseball theme and friendly staff. Would stay here again!」
