「A small, nicely run hotel. We had a room with a balcony looking out over the ocean and left our door open at night so we could hear the ocean. Lovely! Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that because the property is an older one, I could hear my neighbors next door. They had loud kids!!! That said, they were quiet by 11:00 pm. 「I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! 「I was honestly pleasantly surprised by this hotel and ended up enjoying it way more than I expected. 「Beach view was only good thing. No ice machine on property. Big gigantic outside roach entered through big open space under door. Two other medium size roaches crawling in tub and floor, several baby roaches found. I bought bug spray , cleaning spray and paper towels and tried to clean down anything I was apt to touch. Did not feel safe because doors were old and locks could easily have been pushed in or open. 」
