「In a great location, this simple hotel gives good honest service and accommodation, it overlooks the beach and the train station, from which you can travel back in time on a steam train. 「Lovely stop on the way to Cornwall. Spacious hotel, quiet and the swimming pool was an excellent little distraction for the little one who loved it after a long drive. Good location and close to the motorway! 」

「Great place to stay to break journey on the way south.」

「Booked as got stuck on the A303, nice staff, great breakfast and hard to argue with the price. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Otherwise would recommend for a cheap stay.」
