「The property is in a great location. One block away from the beach. It was really safe. I was a solo traveller and walked around comfortably. The rooms were super clean and well taken care of. There are a lot restaurants, shops, and places for nightlife around the area. It was so easy to meet new people and the hostel has so many activities and also tours that you can book directly from them. 「The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away. 」

「The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night. I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this...
