"Hotel em si é muito bom. Localização perfeita e muito conveniente. A questão dos elevadores é bem irritante um pouco, pq se você estiver com pressa, complicou! Pode demorar bons minutos pra você conseguir pegar um elevador do lado certo que te leve pra onde vc quer… ah, acrescenta uns minutinhos pra paciência de estar descer/subir praticamente em todos os andares. Fiquei num quarto luxuoso (pelo menos de nome - e valor). A vista é maravilhosa. Mas só isso q valeu a pena. A cozinha era péssima, não tinha se quer um talher, tinha que ficar ligando e pedindo, precisei esquentar algo, e não tinha microondas, só um forno elétrico que não funcionava. O banheiro ok, pequeno, mas ok! No mais, se trata de um hotel muito bonito, porém o quarto poderia ser reformado sim, pelo preço que cobram, num final de semana de inverno, imagina no réveillon… Pra cobrar tanto assim, tem que no mínimo ter condições de oferecer algo no mesmo nível. Resumo, não foi o melhor que eu já fiquei, tampouco o pior. Voltaria? Sim! Mas estudaria algumas outras opções primeiro."

"Hotel was good and the staff were helpful. One significant issue was an activity organized through the hotel. We were signed up to go to a football game at Maracanã. We were picked up at 4, got to the stadium at nearly 7 and then were told our tickets weren’t valid. We were abandoned by our host without a word and another person came over to help who couldn’t speak English. We were hanging around the stadium until close to 8:20 (the game started at 7:30) before we were told we weren’t going to be able to get in. We had to push very hard to get them to take us back to our hotel which was around 9pm. We did get a refund, but it was a waste of a night, supremely stressful and a terrible experience. Though the hotel were not responsible for this disaster of a tour, it was recommended by them so they get to share the responsibility."
