"My room itself was clean and comfortable. Hotel divided into two sections. I paid for a room with a lakeview balcony. The "balcony" was NOT a balcony at all more like a very rundown motel external walkway with zero privacy or seating. Complete waste of money for the upgrade. The side of the hotel that has more "Tuscan" inspired rooms does have private balconies. The common spaces like lobby etc. very lack luster. Restaurant doesn't open until 8 am which was a disappointment if you like to be up early."

"We like to stay at this location as it is very close to the highway and it comes with a complementary breakfast. They also allow dogs for a minimal cost. We always find the staff are excellent and very helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable the hotel is clean and reasonably up-to-date. We have never had any issues with noise or parking. It has always been a great place to stay for us."

"We love coming here. It is absolutely one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We were a little disappointed that the kayaks weren’t out yet, but that just gives us another reason to come back. We’re hoping to return in the fall when the leaves are changing, as we can only imagine how stunning it will be. The scenery is incredible, the property is peaceful, and every visit leaves us wanting to come back again. Highly recommend! 🍁🍂🚣♀️❤️"

"Rude staff at the front desk dated hotel dated room rooms, dirty room paid $50 plus tax to have my 4lb dog be there and I wouldn’t even put her on the carpet that’s how gross the place was"
