「I was bitten by a bee when I am bathing. It was a horrible experience and the entrance is hard to find and no air condition. But the location is good anyway. 」
「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」
「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
「Clean and elegant, the bed is super good! Close to tube which is a plus; for attraction, really close to notting hill market. Haven't tried the grounding but facilities are well made. My room has a little kitchen so it's just like being at a cozy small flat, but not sure how's the feeling for staying in room without kitchen. 」

In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately
The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred
So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack... "
"This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London."
