「This place is so run down, neglected, and outdated that giving it 0 stars feels generous. It's only saving grace was the guy working the front desk during the day. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't in disrepair or straight up not functional both in the room and on the property. non-functional elevator, stairwells that wouldn't meet modern width and height regulations plus broken tiles and mostly missing anti-slip traction grips in an area with near constant high humidity, floppy door...

「1st room we were given had black mold in the bathroom and the front door had an open crack in it. The other room was ok. Needed detailed cleaning. Bathroom tiny, hair dryer didnt work, no tissues」

「Ocean view from our front porch. Pool overlooked the beach with access to the beach. A pool side restaurant was currently in the works. Parking was not a problem. Just a great place to stay!!」

「yes however shower drain really was bad both nights .no patking only for 4 vehicles all test were 20.00 pay to city or park 1 block and cross 4 lanes of heavy traffic vert dangerous. air condictioner dripped water inside room causing slippery conditions on the floor pool was not under retardation it had weeds growing in it 2 ft tall all in all NEVER AGAIN I FE4L XPEDIA SHOULD REFUND IT WAS POOR 」

「The pool was torn apart and the beach view was obstructed by construction being done, I know the work needs to be done but it should be disclosed when you book the room, we were there during bike week so we were busy doing other things, if we would have been there for vacation it would have been a different story 」
