We have stayed here many times in the past. Always enjoyed it. Needed updating years ago but was still clean and great for a family with kids. But now it is a different story. The beds were broken, the furniture was filthy, the bedspreads were stained. The room smelled of cigarette smoke that they tried to cover up with air freshner. My son said he felt like he was going to get bugs just from walking around the room. It definitely made you want to take a shower rigth away but not there of course. We left right away and had to find other accomadations. The front desk lady was very nice and u derstanding. But since i had gone through expedia i had to go through thwm for the refund. Well a week later and still no refund. Expedia said they are waiting to hear back from hotel. Call the hotel and there excuse is that they had a fire the week before and they are in the process of refunding those guests so im way down on the list. Dont waste your time booking here. And such a shame it use to be a cool luttle spot.
