"My wife and I stay here anytime we’re in the Orlando area . It’s a great location with many places to eat and shop and the restaurant in the property itself is excellent!! Love this place!!"

"All staff encountered were polite and helpful. The check in process was easy and they were accommodating to our request for an early check in. We enjoyed the pool and the DJ was on point with his music. Having beachside access for a good hotel rate was a nice treat. Overall we had a great stay and would absolutely stay there again. **The food at the restaurant needed seasoning and was overpriced for the taste (or lack of). Fries were great though."

"They gave me a room with no AC charge me for it. I tried to get my money back. They refused to give it back. The hotel is awful. I wouldn’t stay there. Don’t waste your money. They tried to convince me as an adult that a room said at 60 when I walked in was at 80° to my knowledge and lied and lied and said no no no it’s set right it’s perfect. Everything‘s fine until finally they gave me another room but charge me and charge my credit card and lied to Expedia and did not refund my money."

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel does not look like the pictures shown online. The property is old and clearly lacks proper maintenance. The paint is worn, and many of the doors show rust and corrosion. In addition, the elevator to the third floor was not working, which was very inconvenient for my family. We rented several rooms, and some of the doors would not close properly. Because of this issue, one of the doors became damaged, and the guests had to spend the entire night with the door open. Overall, the condition of the hotel did not meet the expectations created by the photos. It was a very disappointing experience that negatively affected our family vacation. I would not recommend this hotel"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Just had a great vacation. Everything was clean the front desk. Staff was nice especially Miley. We would definitely come back and stay again. The only issue we had was sometimes the room key would get deactivated from touching her cell phone so we had to go back to the front desk to get it activated but no biggie."

"The ocean-view from the room was beautiful. The pool area was fantastic for me and my family. Beach access was easy. The room was very comfortable. The only downside was poor surfing conditions, but that's true for much of Florida. Would definitely stay again!"
