Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff friendly but we couldn’t eat at the hotel as every time we tried we were turned away as they had Japanese business meals going on , we weren’t allowed in the bar as we weren’t “prestige” guests .. no facilities for coffee etc at the hotel

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
The property has an old feel to it, and the shower was not very updated. Otherwise, the location is close to the station and there's lots to check out without having to go too far. The staff were nice and the room overall was comfy.
