道を挟んだ向かい側は、ホームレスが沢山いる「あいりんセンター」です。周辺のコンビニやスーパーでもそのような方を見かけます。私は全く気にならないですけど、苦手な方はこの付近を避けて天王寺や難波のホテルにされた方がいいと思います。

2泊3日の家族旅行。チェックインが15時からだったのですが、当日は雨で、13時過ぎにホテルに着いたのですが、ロビーで待っていると、早めに準備をしますので、お部屋までどうぞと案内していただけ、凄く嬉しかったです。 お部屋も大人4人でも十分な広さと、ベッドも大きくよく眠れました。ただ、空調があまり効かなくて、少し寒かったです。 場所は通天閣も駅も近く、最高の場所。 リピート、絶対有りです。

全体的には良かったほう

フロントの対応もよく部屋も綺麗で清潔感がありよかった。 しかし部屋のどこからか隙間風が入ってきていて少し寒さを感じた。 あとトイレの便座も暖かくなるタイプだとよかった。座った時冷たくてびっくりした。

コスパが良い

新今宮の駅からすぐ。 道路を挟んだ反対側は、日雇い労働者の街で、治安がいいとは言えませんが特に問題はなかったです。 新世界、通天閣、あべのハルカスが徒歩圏内です。 室内はとてもきれいで、何よりも格安で宿泊でき、コスパの良いホテルでした。

The location was good as it's very close to Shin-Imamiya station from where we could take Express Train directly to the airport. The staff was awesomely helpful and friendly.

駐車場の使用が、事前予約なんて聞いてない！ 従業員が朝来て車止めるからここには止められないとかありえないだろ！！ せめて近辺のコインパーキングの状況ぐらい把握しておいてもらいたいもんだ！！ 4人で予約したのに部屋が二人部屋と同じ大きさ。 部屋が狭すぎ。 朝ごはんのお米が不味すぎる。 炊き方とかではなくて、単純に古米臭がする。 代わりになるパンとかも無かったからコーヒー以外食べる気もしなかった。 電話対応は悪く無かった。 フロントでも日本人じゃないけど、ちゃんと対応してくれる誠実さはあったと思う！ ホテル側の品質はともかく、エクスペディアさんが必要な情報をちゃんと明記しておいてくれないと、予約完了後電話で確認しなきゃいけない羽目になるんですよ！！ 駐車場料金返してもらいたいぐらいだよ！！

あべのハルカスには近いのですが、道路向かい側には浮浪者の寝場所になっていて、子供への社会勉強にはなりましたが、車をコインパーキングに入れるのには不便しました。

酒店鄰近JR新金宮站，步行只需五分鐘，但站內沒有升降機可由閘口至地下，行李搬運很不便。周邊食店也很少，要往通天閣地區找尋。房間走動空間較少，放開啟的行李有點困難。

快適でした。

一泊目は5人で泊まりましたがその時はトイレとバスが別でしたが、二日目人数が減り三人部屋ではトイレとバスが一緒でした。新しいし換気も良くできていたので不快感はありませんでした。ベットはよく眠れ、朝食の時間帯も長く快適でした。でも充電はコンセントの場所によって上手く出来ませんでした。それと、お湯の調節がその都度だったので子供が水を先に止めたためお湯だけ出てきて軽くやけどをしました。 総合的には快適にだったのでまた泊まりたいと思います。

ホテル自体は快適でした。

駅から迷う暇がないほどすぐ近くにありました。新しく掃除もきちんとされていて気持ちよかったです。 部屋にコンセントはとてもたくさんあるのですが、朝になってもスマホの充電が場所によってできていませんでした。夜は暗く駅以外の場所には女性一人では行きたくないかな。

Ho dovuto chiedere di sostituire la camera. La prenotazione era per 3 adulti e la camera aveva 2 soli letti ed un divano (non divano letto) neppure con un cuscino o un lenzuolo. Colazione solo giapponese. Reception non parlante inglese.

주변 치안이 굉장히 안좋다는 소리를 들었기도 하고 일정 맨 마지막날 다음날 공항에 빨리가려고 잡은 숙소여서 저녁에 들어가서 잠만 자려고 잡았는데 호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 넓고 좋았다
