As someone new to Japan the automated check in was a bit stressful but this was a cheap, clean and simple place and they tried very hard to help us.

酒店清潔衛生良好，但是沒有隔音太吵了

前台沒人辦理入住，全由平板電腦不算難，但如果有問題就沒法聯繫負責人，我用了平板內面對面會談，但是永遠是接不通，最後還是要電手機才能聯繫上，房間衛生很好，隔音是完全沒有的，跟本和睡在街上沒分別，如果你是睡了就聽不到聲音的人，這酒店是好的。

連住四天有一次清潔，環境清潔。 交通方便，鄰近松屋町站，一個站到心斎橋。 如去梅田建議到谷町六丁目站。 離近有超市和商店街，非常便利。

4部屋の手続きだった為少しめんどくさかった位で、1部屋で寝るだけなら全然ありだと思います。 隣にもスーパーや商店街があるので良かったです。 車の場合は一通が多い為少し迷います。

家族でUSJに行き、遅くにチェックインしました。 すぐとなりにスーパーがあり、便利だと思います。 お部屋も綺麗でした。 フリーWiFiがなかなか繋がらず、問い合わせたらすぐに対応していただけました。 スタッフの方もとても感じが良かったです。

タブレットによる無人のチェックインのため、初めてのことで少し戸惑いましたが、事前に説明のメールをもらっていたので操作できました。 宿泊予定者の名前を事前にオンライン上で入力できたらチェックイン時の手間が減るかなと思いました。 子連れのため和室に宿泊しました。 布団４枚余裕で敷ける広さで、子どもには安全だったのでとてもよかったです。 外観がホテルっぽくなくて少し迷いました。 看板の前にトゥクトゥク停まっててみえなかったからかも。 なかなか和室のホテルがないので、とてもありがたかったです。

Its a self served hotel with no help or service at all. The rooms r relatively bigger than the usual Japanese hotels but nobody will clean your room and this location is not closed to any hotspot except the castle. Even the locals said this is usually the locals area not for tourist. There were alot of banding on walls and the walls r very thin so it is not as quiet as said in the website. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel so that was nice. If u travel with kids, better stay somewhere else cuz it's quite far from metro and kids get tired easily.
