Perfect location for my needs. Hallway carpets badly stained I dont know why hotels in Japan don't seem to mind this and clean from time to time.

The hotel it self was in a good location. Close to restaurants and subway. Room was small but doable for 3 people. What i didn't like was that we had the couch bed. I felt like falling from the couch or at times the bed was going to tip over even though i was in the middle of the couch laying down. Their washer dryer combo was good to have, however there was only 2. Took me hours just to get my clothes dry. Other than those 2 downside. Hotel was great.

Great hotel and staff! Only downside is that the rooms are a little small if you have large luggage, so hard to maneuver around in there. Recommend travelling with smaller suitcases, if possible, for convenience!

立地的に四ツ橋本町だと繁華街から少し外れた感が否めない。レストランはあるには有るが少なめなので、色々食べたいなら御堂筋方面の心斎橋側まで行く事になると思う。部屋はコーナーツインをチョイスしたけど、中央大通りに面してるため、交通量も有るので音に敏感な人は気になると思う。後、交通量以外にも24時間換気なのか？冷蔵庫の振動なのか？これも意外に気になった。

Breakfast service

This is one of our favorite restaurant. But this time the breakfast service was a typical bentou type as a part of Covid measures and not good for us. It was not a buffet style where we used to enjoy salad, rice, miso soup etc. But this time it was fixed bentou, without rice, with no option. We couldn’t eat any and took breakfast outside. Hope it will be better before our next stay.

いつも利用しています

いつも大阪に帰省の時はエスペリアホテルを使わせてもらっています。 少しお部屋は狭いけど、トイレとお風呂が分かれているのはやはりポイント高いです！ 長く滞在する時は、混んでいなければトリプルに変更してくれたりするし、枕が選べるのも嬉しいです。 最近はたまーに台の上の部分や冷蔵庫のドア部分が埃っぽいかな？と思う時もありましたが、アンケートに書くとすぐに対応してくれます。 電子レンジが朝しか使えなかったのも、夜も使えるようにしてくれました。氷も無料です。今回は誰かのあとでレンジが汚れていたのでティッシュがあればいいですと書いてきたので置いてくれるかな？消毒液はレンジ横だけでなく各階エレベーター横や玄関にも備え付けられています。 あとはコロナが早く落ち着いて、ビュッフェが再開してくれればいいなぁ。 ビュッフェ込みでこの値段⁉️って思いながら予約していた2年前を思い出しました。 スタンプカードもたまればQUOカードがもらえたり一泊無料になりますので、他を使おうとは思わなくなりました笑笑 またお願いします(^^)

コストパフォーマンス良し

とてもコストパフォーマンスのいい宿でした。アメニティも充実しているし、部屋もコンパクトながら不足なく、特に風呂トイレ別がよかったです。 人が少ないせいか廊下の空調がほとんどないのか暑かったのと朝食は食べれないレベルだったのが残念でした。 でもこの値段なら文句言ったら罸当たります(笑)

シャンプーやリンスがアロマぽくてよかったです。 お風呂も広くはないですがユニットじゃないのはすごくいいです。掃除もちゃんとしてくれてきれいでした。 ベッド？　か空調？　がなんか独特のにおいでした。ので、コンディションだけ普通評価にしてます。
