The property was conveniently located near the train station and had many amenities nearby, from cafes, restaurants, laundromat and close to the main dontonburi entertainment district. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was OK except the bathroom which smelled and had mold everywhere, I avoided taking a shower and that was not a refreshjng experience....

The convience of the hotel is what drew us to book here, however i would still NOT RECOMMEND this place to others. When we checked in, we were hit with a hidden "osaka fee" and paid extra in cash. Although it was only 800 yen, it felt like a scam as there are zero amenities, no house cleaning service and "osaka fees" aren't a real thing -it's just their added surcharge. When we got to our room, there was a smell, and we realized quickly it was coming from the washroom. It smelled like dirty subway stations where people peed on the walls. There were holes on the closet doors as well. Overall, it was not well kept and we much prefer staying in a little more expensive place for the cleanliness next time.

Stay away!!

The only good thing about this hotel was it’s location. It’s very close to the metro and shopping. Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 days and it has been the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. And we stayed at 4 other hotels during our 15 day trip to Japan. We booked the 3 bed room here at Rozy hotel. It had a decent size tub and shower but it had mold growing everywhere!!! dark colored and red mold. I was so grossed I felt dirty taking a shower there. The beds were not any better. Pee stains on the mattress and what looked like old blood stains. I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels in this area. Too bad for us we couldn’t find another hotel to switch to because of our party of 5.

Es liegt ein bisschen außerhalb aber in 10 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele verschieden Restaurants. Es ist alles sehr klein und eng aber für eine Stadtreise hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt. Das Personal ist stehts bemüht. Ab 23:00 Uhr ist die Rezeption geschlossen.

まず最初に床が水浸しで靴下が濡れました。 お風呂に入ると水が漏れそこら中水浸しに。 しかも、夜中コンビニに出かけたら部屋に勝手に人が入っていて(多分、住み込みの清掃員、荷物があったから慌てて出た様子) 驚きました。 幸い、財布持ってきてたから良かったけど、勝手に入られる場合があるので貴重品は貴重品入れに入れて鍵は持ち歩いた方が良いです。 また朝の9時くらいに部屋のドアをドンドンとされ、かなりビビりました。 ドア穴から覗くと、太めの男性が各部屋のドアをゴンゴンと叩いて回ってました。 チェックアウト10時までには必ず出て行って欲しいんだろうけど怖いの一言。 部屋もお菓子が落ちて埃だらけでした。 2度と行かないと思う。

部屋に入ると非常に不快な臭い。 カーペットからなのか足の臭いが部屋中臭いました。 またホコリなどすごいです。 もう泊まることは2度とないと思います。 ですが立地は非常にいいです。

浴室極小，浴廁乾淨程度待加強但住宿地點極佳的旅館

旅館離南海難波站很近，進出關西機場很方便。房價便宜但浴室小到無法彎腰洗腳 (女生彎腰洗腳，頭頂會頂到淋浴間的牆壁，臀部會碰觸到冰冷的玻璃門)。 浴廁的管道可能有問題，持續散發臭味。毛巾有臭味及2個黑色點點。 整體說：飯店的服務不差，中規中矩。地點很漂亮，價錢也便宜。 但因為便宜，所以只有基本備品。牙刷、牙膏、洗髮潤髮、沐浴乳、洗手乳。 其他如：日本飯店都會有的睡衣、棉花棒、刮鬍刀、礦泉水等，都沒有，如果有要入住請自行先準備。
