Good location in heart of Umeda next to Hankyu, Daimaru and Hanshin department store. Easy access to train station and shopping. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Tulleys coffee shop and bakery in lobby area was a great plus.

The location is extememly convenient to shopping, dining, and transportation places. The staff are so nice and helpful. The room is clean and brightly lit, amenities are nice, and the service is top-notch. It's also right next to the airport limousine bus stop. Highly recommended hotel.

this should be a new hotel with excellent location. You can reach by walking through the Namba underground walkway from the train station. The room is well designed with good space, AC and modern lighting control. The price is very reasonable.
