ドーミーイン系列のホテルを今回初めて利用しました。緊急事態宣言や飲食店の人数制限解除後最初の連休だったので、温泉付きのホテルの空室がなく、ビジネスホテルで温泉ありとの記載があったため、夫婦で宿泊しました。利用前にExpediaやGoogleの口コミに一通り目を通しておりましたが、今後利用される方のご参考になれば幸いです。 ・アクセス：JR大阪駅または阪急阪神梅田駅からタクシーで10分1000円以内で到着します。運転手の方が仰るには、徒歩でも15分ほどらしいですが、荷物を持ったままだとやはり少し遠いので、タクシーが無難かと思います。朝は大阪駅まで送迎してくれます。 ・温泉：いい意味で裏切られました。露天と内風呂があり、夕方から昼まで入浴可能なので、夜と朝2回入浴できました。使用しませんでしたが、サウナもあります。 ・サービス：夜9時以降は食堂でラーメンが、浴室外ではアイスが無料で食べられます。また、洗濯機も無料で、乾燥機は100円で20分使用可能でした。 ・設備：外観や内装は新しいとは言えませんが、隣や上階の声が気になることもありませんでしたし、部屋にはベッドや冷蔵庫、テレビやタオル、部屋着や歯ブラシなどのアメニティーも一通り揃っていましたので、買い足したものはありません。ちなみに、テレビでは地上波に加えてBS放送も試聴可能でした。ベッドと枕はやや硬めでしたので、硬めのベッドで寝られないという方は対策したほうが良いのかもしれません。 その他：利用しませんでしたが、ホテルから徒歩5分くらいの場所にコンビニや飲食店が点在していましたので、ホテル以外でも必要なものは購入できると思います。 総括：口コミや評価は高いものの、正直あまり期待していませんでしたが、良い意味で裏切られました。ドーミーイン系列のホテルは日本各所にあるようですので、旅行の際には是非とも利用したいと思います。

駅近便利　色々なところに気遣いがある。

京都駅中央口近く、コンビニも数軒近くにあって便利。ホテルの大きさに比べて大浴場(温泉)、サウナが広い気がした。洗濯機が大浴内にあるのでお風呂に入っている間に洗濯できました。しかも使用も洗剤も無料で使わせてくれます。各階にレンジが置いてあるのも便利。

We loved the traditional onsen at the top floor, must follow Japanese onsen rule which is fine, we use it every night which help us with our fatigue from all the traveling during the day. The hotel is clean in general, but I just notice a faint odor of urine in our bathroom even after they clean it which is within acceptable range. We must leave our key to the front desk when we go out, if you don’t, the staff will talk to you seriously that if you lost the key you need to pay 10 thousand yen. I think this is because they still use the old fashion room key. Shuttle bus to umeda station every morning need to be reserve so just give them a heads up the night before. If you are coming from umeda station, there is a 6-10 min walk to the higashi umeda station in order to take the train to the nearest station from hotel so be ready for it. Overall I liked my stay.

温泉に♨️入りたくて、一泊しました。お部屋は質素な感じだったのですが、温泉の力は偉大。仕事で疲れていたのですが、ぐっすり眠れました。大阪の温泉の質がこんなに良いとは思いませんでした。疲れを取りたい方にお勧めです。

Hotel choisi pour une seule nuit et un départ très matinal le lendemain matin. Choisi pour son emplacement. Nous avons tous apprécié le onsen, situé au dernier étage avec un bain intérieur (+ sauna) et un bain extérieur. Nous n'avons pas pu apprcéier la qualité du petit déjzeuner du fait du départ matinal. 우메다에서 후미진 곳에 있고 건물도 오래되었고 시설도 낙후되어있음 난바의 도미인과 비교시 가격은 더 비싸면서 시설은 30년전 수준임. 난바에 3개의 도미인이있는데 거기서 제일싼 도미인과 상태는 비슷함

For what this hotel is - a comfortable, well located, value priced and unpretentious property, it ticks all the boxes. The rooms are a little small but hey, this is Japan and the space was adequate enough for 2 people with 2 suitcases to store.
